How Organizations Work

Three steps from setup to competition

1

Create Your Org

Register on the web panel, name your organization, and you're the admin. The whole setup takes under two minutes.

2

Invite Your Team

Paste a list of email addresses. Everyone gets an invite link. They accept on the app — no extra accounts needed.

3

Set Challenges & Compete

Create time-limited challenges. Members earn org points automatically when their Strava activities meet the criteria.

No manual logging. No honor system. Real runs, real results.

Internal Points — Your Team Currency

A separate score just for your organization

Separate from Global XP

Org points exist only within your organization. They don't affect global rank or level — just your internal leaderboard position.

Admin Sets the Reward

Each challenge has a custom point value you choose — 100 for a casual run, 500 for a hard weekly target. You control the stakes.

Stack Across Challenges

Every challenge you complete adds to your total org points. The most consistent runners rise to the top over time.

Tamper-Proof Verification

Activities are verified via your Strava connection. No manual entries. No gaming the system. Every point is earned.

Three Ways to Lead

Every type of runner has a leaderboard where they can win

Level Leaderboard

Ranked by global RunCorp level. Reflects total career XP earned from all activities ever. Shows who's put in the most work — long before the org existed.

🥇 Alex M. Lv 34
🥈 Sarah K. Lv 28
🥉 Mike T. Lv 19

Points Leaderboard

Ranked by org points earned from challenge completions. Rewards the runners who show up for every challenge — speed optional, consistency required.

🥇 Jordan P. 2,650 pts
🥈 Sarah K. 2,400 pts
🥉 Mike T. 1,850 pts

Team Challenges

Set the bar. See who clears it.

As org admin, you create time-limited challenges with a name, type, date range, and custom point reward. Members complete them automatically — the moment a qualifying Strava activity is synced.

Active Mar 3 – Mar 10
Monday Morning Sprint
Complete any run before 9am on a Monday. Short or long — just show up.
Active Mar 1 – Mar 31
Weekly 10K
Log a single run of at least 10 kilometers. This week. No exceptions.
Upcoming Mar 17 – Mar 23
30-Min Endurance
Stay out for at least 30 minutes. Pace doesn't matter. Just keep moving.

You create challenges on the web. Members complete them on the app. No extra steps.
