How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time by visiting profile page inside app and clicking on Delete account button

Do I need a Strava subscription?

No. A free Strava account is sufficient. RunCorp integrates with Strava to securely import your running activities, and a basic free Strava account provides all the necessary data.

Why is Strava required?

RunCorp uses Strava to securely import running activities. This ensures accurate tracking of distance, pace, elevation, and other performance metrics that power your XP, streaks, and KPIs.

How do I disconnect Strava?

You can disconnect Strava from your RunCorp account at any time through your profile settings in the app. This will stop activity syncing and you can also revoke RunCorp's access directly from your Strava settings.

How does the XP system work?

You earn XP based on distance, pace, elevation gain, and consistency. Each run contributes to your total XP, which determines your level and rank progression in your running career.

What happens if I break my streak?

Breaking your streak will reset your current streak counter to zero. Your longest streak record remains saved in your profile, and you can always start building a new streak.

How do Weekly KPIs work?

Each week, you can set a goal based on either run count or total distance. Your progress is tracked in real-time. Complete your KPI to earn bonus XP. You can update your KPI target at the start of each new week.
